Revival Homes, LLC

Revival Homes LLC is a custom home building company in New Hartford, CT. The company has been building high performance houses using systems and material such as SIPs, spray foam insulation, precast foundations, radiant heat, and ground source heat pumps since 1994.

Revival Homes builds high performance in any architectural style, from antique reproduction and timber frame to modern style homes. Energy efficiency, green building techniques, advanced building science and indoor air quality protection are part of every Revival Homes project. High performance is important regardless of the architectural style or price level. 

The owner, David Jones, was the consultant writing the specifications for the 2010 CT Zero Energy Challenge 2nd place winner. Revival Homes won several categories in the 2015 CT Zero Energy Challenge including: Lowest HERs score (2nd), Lowest Annual Operating Cost (1st), and Best Overall (tied). 

David has received training to be an Energy Star Partner, DOE Zero Energy Ready Partner, a Bensonwood Associate Builder, and at the North East Sustainable Energy conferences. 

Revival Homes projects have been featured in Professional Builder, Dwell, and Country Living magazines and the Litchfield County Times.
